ACLMS/GSCRA Open 2025 with a Bayou Double-Header!
(March 17th, 2025) - The American Crate Late Model Series and Gulf South Crate Racing Association are set to kick off their 2025 campaigns with an exciting Louisiana double-header. Race fans can expect thrilling competition as both series open their seasons with back-to-back events paying $1,500 to win each night.
The weekend begins on Friday, March 21st, when both series visit Sabine Speedway in Many, LA for the Battle of the Crates. This marks only the second appearance for the American Crate Late Model Series at the track; in their inaugural visit on June 9th, 2024, Corey Neil Jr. claimed the victory over Patrik Daniel. Meanwhile, the Gulf South Crate Racing Association has a deeper history at Sabine Speedway, having previously raced there five times. Past winners at the Many, LA venue include Mikey Kile, Corey Neil Jr., Chase Holland, Rob Litton, and Mark Underwood Jr.
On Saturday, March 22nd, both series will travel to Boothill Speedway in Greenwood, LA for the weekend finale. While this marks the ACLMS’s debut at Boothill, the GSCRA previously competed there on July 6th, 2024, when Mark Underwood Jr. scored one of his four victories from last season.

Championship points for both series will be on the line, and drivers will also have the opportunity to earn Crate Racin' USA national points as both series are CRUSA-sanctioned.
