    American Crate Late Model Series Launches 2026 with Louisiana Double-Header

    (Eastaboga, AL – March 19, 2026) – The engines are about to roar once again as the American Crate Late Model Series (ACLMS) officially kicks off its 2026 campaign with an exciting double-header weekend across the state of Louisiana.

    The season opener weekend will feature back-to-back $1,500-to-win events, beginning Friday, March 20th at Sabine Speedway in Many, Louisiana, followed by Saturday, March 21st at Boothill Speedway in Greenwood, Louisiana. The “Bayou Bash” weekend is set to launch what is shaping up to be one of the most competitive seasons in series history.

    Drivers are strongly encouraged to complete their registration ahead of time to streamline the race day process. Competitors can register online here:

    Additionally, all drivers must ensure their 2026 Crate Racin’ USA license is completed prior to arriving at the track.

    For fans unable to attend in person, both nights of racing will be broadcast live by Race On, the official streaming partner of the American Crate Late Model Series.

    Saturday, March 21 – Boothill Speedway (Greenwood, LA)
    $1,500 to Win / $300 to Start
    Pit Gates: 4:00 PM
    Grandstands: 5:00 PM
    Hot Laps: 6:45 PM
    Racing: 7:30 PM
    General Admission: $20 (Adults) / $10 (Kids)

    Building Momentum into 2026
    The upcoming season follows a challenging yet resilient 2025 campaign, which saw 11 events lost to weather. Despite those setbacks, the series still completed 12 races and delivered intense competition throughout the year.

    At the end of the season, Spring, Texas driver Beau Begnaud stood atop the standings, securing his second consecutive ACLMS Championship. Begnaud’s consistency defined his title run, highlighted by: 2 Wins, 8 Top-Five Finishes, 10 Top-Ten Finishes, and his worst finish was 12th.

    2026 Championship Outlook
    With a strong schedule and renewed momentum, the 2026 season offers competitors an opportunity to chase a lucrative championship payout:

    2nd: $5,000
    3rd: $3,500
    4th: $3,000
    5th: $2,500
    6th: $2,200
    7th: $2,000
    8th: $1,700
    9th: $1,400
    10th: $1,200

    The series will again be sanctioned by Crate Racin’ USA, allowing drivers to accumulate valuable national points throughout the season. The Texas General Mechanical, LLC Rookie of the Year Program returns in 2026, offering added incentive for new competitors:

    1st: $750

    3rd: $300
    $50 one-time entry fee

    The 2026 ACLMS schedule spans multiple states and premier facilities across the South, featuring events in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

    Key highlights include:
    Opening Double-Header in Louisiana (March 20-21)
    Multiple visits to RPM Speedway and Hunt County Raceway
    Holiday Weekend Triple-Header (July 2-4)
    Season-ending stretch at Rocket Raceway Park
